A Tradition of Giving

BPAS continues its tradition of donating to charitable organizations across the U.S.

At BPAS, the holiday season gives us time to reflect on the past year and thank those who have helped shape our business.

In the spirit of the season, and in lieu of sending individual holiday cards, we are continuing our tradition of donating to charitable organizations across the U.S.

It is our hope that these gifts will bring joy to those in need this season and honor our relationship with you.

1. Banco de Alimentos de Puerto Rico

Distributing food and personal hygiene products to the children, the sick and needy of Puerto Rico. Each year, the Food Bank provides food to more than 110,000 low-income people who are hungry in Puerto Rico.

2. Feed Our Vets – Utica, NY

Helping Veterans in the United States, their spouses and children, whose circumstances have left them on the battlefield of hunger, and involving the public in fighting Veteran hunger.

3. Food Pantry/Food Bank for New York City, NY

The city’s major hunger-relief organization, working to end hunger throughout the five boroughs for more than 30 years. Nearly one in five New Yorkers relies on the Food Bank for food and other resources.

4. Greater Chicago Food Depository – Chicago, IL

Providing food for hungry people while striving to end hunger in our community. They do this in partnership with 650 agencies and programs including pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and responses for children, older adults and veterans.

5. Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank – Pittsburgh, PA

The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, fighting hunger in southwestern PA for over 30 years. Committed to higher access to healthy foods, food safety, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

6. Pine Street Inn – Boston, MA

Providing a comprehensive range of services, including permanent supportive housing, job training and placement, emergency shelter and street outreach to more than 1,900 homeless men and women each day. Founded in 1969, Pine Street is the largest resource for homeless men and women in New England.

7. Saint John’s Hospice – Philadelphia, PA

A Catholic Social Services shelter for men located in Center City Philadelphia. Saint John’s continues to provide crucial, life-sustaining services with dignity, respect, and compassion to homeless men in Philadelphia.

8. San Antonio Food Bank – San Antonio, TX

Providing food and grocery products to more than 530 partner agencies in 16 counties throughout Southwest Texas. In 2015, the San Antonio Food Bank provided nearly 62 million pounds of food. The mission of the San Antonio Food Bank is to fight hunger in Southwest Texas through food distribution, programs, education, and advocacy.

9. Oregon Food Bank – Portland, OR

Collecting food from farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, individuals and government sources. The Oregon Food Bank distributes that food through a Statewide Network of 21 Regional Food Banks and approximately 970 partner agencies serving all of Oregon and Clark County, Washington.

10. Jewish Family Services of Central NJ

Provides skilled and compassionate vital Health and Social Services to children, adults, and families. From children to older adult services, when the need arises you can call on Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey.

11. Atlanta Community Food Bank – Atlanta, GA

Working with more than 600 nonprofit partners, including food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, night shelters and senior centers, they distribute over 50 million meals to more than 755,000 people in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

12. The Rescue Mission of Utica – Utica, NY

Serving the community of Utica, NY with emergency shelter, addiction crisis treatment, residential aftercare, job training and community service outreach.
