Quarterly Benefit Statement

Quarterly benefit statements are typically mailed by the 15th business day following quarter end for your Plan Year. A copy of your statement is available online by logging into your account at Once logged in, go to My Account, then Summary, and then select the Statements tab and select Statement Library.

Also under the Statements tab, you can select the Statement on Demand option to produce a statement for a time period you choose at any time during the year. If you have received a statement showing a zero account balance and you did not request a withdrawal from your account, it is possible your plan has been moved to another provider. If this is the case, please contact either your employer or your new provider with any questions.

Withdrawal/Distribution Request – Status of my Request

Have you submitted your paperwork for processing? Please note it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days from the date BPAS receives your paperwork for your distribution status to be updated. Login to your retirement account at and choose My Account, then Withdrawals to get the status of your request.

Distribution Request / Status of my Request

Death / Deceased Account Owner

The rules for inheriting IRA assets depends on your relationship with the original account holder. To discuss provisions regarding the Account, we require a copy of the IRA Account Holder"s death certificate.
