Quarterly Benefit Statement

Quarterly benefit statements are targeted to be mailed by the 15th business day following quarter end for your Plan Year. A copy of your statement is saved online under the Resource Center menu, which can be accessed by logging into your retirement account at Your past quarterly statements can also be found in the Resource Center.

Click the Statement on Demand menu item to produce a statement at any time during the year. If you have received a statement showing a zero account balance and you did not request a withdrawal from your account, it is possible your plan has been moved to another provider. If this is the case, please contact either your employer or your new provider with any questions.

Distribution Request – Status of my Request

Have you submitted your paperwork for processing? Please note it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days from the date BPAS receives your paperwork for your distribution status to be updated. Login to your retirement account at and choose Transactions/Disbursement Status to check on your distribution request.
