Harbridge Consulting Group to Rebrand Under BPAS
Harbridge Consulting Group, LLC announced that it will consolidate its brand under two fundamental BPAS business lines.

Syracuse, NY – December 10, 2015. Harbridge Consulting Group, LLC (Harbridge), a BPAS Company, announced that it will consolidate its brand under two fundamental business lines: “BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services” and “BPAS Healthcare Consulting Services” beginning January 1, 2016.
“As part of the BPAS family of services, we’ve seen increasing recognition of the BPAS brand,” said Vince Spina, President of Harbridge. “We have closely examined our business model and concluded that our market identity will be enhanced by clarifying our service offerings. Consolidating the Harbridge brand with BPAS helps our clients understand that we are truly one team focused on serving all of their benefit plan needs.”
Under the new brand, Spina will be President of BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services and BPAS Healthcare Consulting Services.
BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services has been organized to focus on providing actuarial and consulting services for traditional defined benefit, cash balance, executive supplemental retirement, and other post-retirement benefits, including retiree medical. BPAS Healthcare Consulting Services has been organized to provide plan design, actuarial consulting, RFP and analysis, and contracting with service providers in select markets. “Our name change doesn’t affect our staffing and service model; rather it reinforces the breadth of our service capabilities,” added Spina.
The new, consolidated brand name will make it easier for clients and financial partners to understand the full scope of BPAS’ family of services.“This name change will better support the growth, functionality, and diversity of the professional services we are able to offer under ‘one company, one call,” said Barry Kublin, BPAS Chief Executive Officer.
