 BPAS Announces Corporate Promotions

Utica, NY – May 1, 2015 – BPAS, a national provider of retirement services headquartered in Utica, NY announced today the promotion of two key executives within its defined contribution services division.

Linda Pritchard has been named Senior Vice President, Recordkeeping and Trading Services and Donna Merritt has been promoted to Vice President, Recordkeeping Services.

Pritchard, who joined BPAS in 1982, has held a number of progressively increasing positions during her 34 years with the company, including Director of Operations. In her new role, Pritchard will oversee all operational aspects of the BPAS daily valuation division, including recordkeeping, Omni programming, trading, fulfillment services and more. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and lives in central New York.

Merritt joined BPAS in 1988 and has been involved in all aspects of defined contribution retirement plan administration, including most recently as Manager of the Daily Valuation Department. In her new role, Merritt will oversee the daily valuation and census teams as well as the operational areas under Pritchard’s guidance. Merritt holds a Bachelor’s degree from the SUNY College of Technology and lives in central New York.
