Bill’s current responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring actuarial staff, valuation processing, quality control, including the review of workpapers and reports, calculation and review of individual benefit certifications and general employee benefit consulting.

Bill has developed expertise in the retirement practice area, with a focus on the financial analysis of retirement plans including the requirements for cash funding and financial statements.  He has also been involved in plan design analysis and redesign.

Bill is a volunteer coach for youth athletic programs and participates in the activities of a number of local and national non-profit organization events, including those sponsored by the  American Red Cross, the Komen Society of CNY, ARC of Onondaga, the Mental Health Association, and others.

Bill graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University in 1991 and received a M.S. in Mathematics from Syracuse University in 1994. He is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and is an Enrolled Actuary licensed to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
