1. Enter your Social Security Number
2. The voice system will ask you for your PIN
   
   You will be given the option to enter:
   
   "0 0 (zero zero) followed by the pound sign (#) to request a new PIN number"

You will receive a letter containing your new PIN number by mail in 4 to 5 business days.
