Vince is President of Harbridge Consulting Group, LLC, the largest actuarial consulting firm headquartered in New York State outside on New York City. This group includes forty-five professional employees consisting of actuaries and employee benefit plan specialists. Harbridge’s clients range in size from 1 to 20,000 employees, and span diverse industries such as banking, insurance, retail, higher education, manufacturing and health care providers.
Prior to being a founding officer of Harbridge Consulting Group, LLC, in 2003, Vince spent fifteen years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), ten of which were as a Principal in charge of the Syracuse office of PwC’s Global Human Resource Solutions division. Before joining PwC, Vince worked as Pension Actuary for American General Life Insurance Company of New York, and as an actuarial consultant for Altman, Brown & Everett, Inc.
Vince is President of the Board of Directors of the Empire Housing and Development Corp., is a director and past-Treasurer of the Upstate Medical University Foundation, a director of the Arc of Onondaga Foundation, is past-Chair of the Board of Regents of Le Moyne College, a former Trustee of Le Moyne College, and is a former Board member of the Syracuse Chapter of the New York Employee Benefits Conference (NYEBC). He has also been a lecturer for the National Association of Accountants, the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Syracuse Business Journal, and NYEBC, and recently had an article published in Central New YorkM.D. News regarding cash balance pension plans. Vince is a summa cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and minor concentrations in English and Philosophy. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary licensed to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, (ERISA). |
