Sarah's responsibilities include oversight of the actuarial practice as chair of the Harbridge Actuarial Practice Committee, oversight and development of the retirement practice operations, managing client service relationships and employee benefit consulting in the retirement practice area.

Sarah began her career in the employee benefit consulting field in 1990.  Her expertise includes:
  • Design and financial analysis of single employer retirement plans, including the requirements for cash funding and financial statements;
  • Multiemployer plan consulting;
  • Plan mergers and acquisitions;
  • Design and financial analysis of non-qualified supplemental executive retirement plans;
  • Plan curtailments, settlements and terminations; and
  • Designing employee communications and conducting employee meetings.

Sarah has served on committees for the Society of Actuaries, is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse, a member of Onondaga Citizens League and Thursday Morning Roundtable.

Sarah is a magna cum laude graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, licensed to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
