James Goodwin
Vice President
Chief Operating Officer for Flex Corp

James Goodwin is a Senior Executive for BPAS organization. He serves as both VP Financial Operations for Hand Benefits & Trust Company, a BPAS company and Chief Operating Officer for Flex Corp, a BPAS company.

His responsibilities include the development and implementation of short and long-term strategic planning for the Finance, Administration and Human Resources departments here in Houston, Texas. As Chief Operating Officer for Flex Corp, he directs operational and client service teams for Flex Corp.

Prior to joining BPAS in October of 2004, James served as Chief Financial Officer for Agar Corporation, an international leader in the design and fabrication of flow measurement instrumentation.

A native Houstonian, James is a CPA with a Masters of Science degree in Accountancy and a B.B.A. degree from the University of Houston.

Heather Stelly
Client Services Manager
Flex Corp

Heather Stelly joined Flex Corp, a BPAS company, in mid 2005 and is currently the manager of Client Services. 

Heather provides valuable direction to the Flex Corp Plan Consultants who are responsible for account management. Heather’s distinctive perspective of account management resonates throughout her management philosophy as she directs and empowers her to team help guide plan sponsors in their administrative tasks.

Prior to joining Flex Corp, Heather gained valuable insight and experience from the Oil & Gas industry while overseeing internal audits, purchasing, bid and accounting functions. 

Rita Craven
Participant Services Manager
Flex Corp

Rita Craven is the Participant Services Manager for Flex Corp, a BPAS company, with over 14 years of experience in cafeteria plan administration.

Rita provides a wealth of relevant business experience as she directs Flex Corp’s team of customer service professionals who are dedicated in providing expedient and accurate FSA claims adjudication, reimbursements, problem resolution and customer inquiries, and an overall high level of quality customer service to Flex Corp participants.

Rita is recognized in the industry and has received the CFC (Certified in Flexible Compensation) designation.
